Delivery and Return Policy

Once the artwork has been purchased, an email of acknowledgement will be sent to the buyer along with processing information.All paintings are packaged professionally with a certificate of authenticity, logo stamp, and signed. All paintings are done to very high quality, from the canvas stretching through to packaging.

Please allow up to 1 week for UK delivery. For international shipping, allow up to 2 weeks. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Prints are sent 1st class, tracked and signed for, rolled in a postal tube. Returns are accepted, providing a return is made within 21 days of purchase, and the print is in brand new condition. Return fees are to be covered by the buyer. Get in touch to start a return.

Original artwork can only be refunded if returned to me in person and not by post, within 21 days of purchase. Free collection in Northampton , Northamptonshire, England is available.

International shipping outside of the UK may result in additional customs charges. It would be the buyer’s responsibility to pay. All precautions have been taken to ensure safe delivery, so in the unprecedented event of damage occurring during transit, I can’t be held responsible.
